Wholesale Account Terms & Conditions

General

• MadeByGirl reserves the right to accept new accounts at its sole discretion and can terminate accounts that are not acting as deemed appropriate.
• You shall agree to carry a minimum of one (1) MadeByGirl products in your store at all times.
• You shall agree to provide a valid website address for your online store that will be carrying our wholesale products.
• Products may not be represented as copyrighted or owned by reseller.

Registration

• You shall provide a valid reseller ID for the locality in which you are licensed to sell.
• All required fields must be completed.
• On approval, you will be emailed a confirmation of your account and a password to enter the wholesale portion of the web site.
• Accounts must place an order at least once every 6 calendar months.

Pricing

• Not all products available through MadeByGirl are available for resell.
• MadeByGirl provides MSRP pricing as a guideline, but you are allowed to charge whatever you feel is a fair market price.

Orders, Purchasing and Shipping

• All orders must be paid at the time of order.
• Orders will be shipped within 3 weeks of order date.
• Orders will be shipped insured via US Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail.  MadeByGirl is not responsible for delays or damages once the merchandise has left possession.  If you are purchasing for international delivery, please be aware of any VAT or other charges that may be incurred, and to allow for time to process through customs.
