Shipping
Orders are usually shipped out within 4 to 5 business days. Items shippped via Priority Mail are usually received in 3 to 4 business days. We do not ship to P.O. boxes internationally. All orders are shipped only via US Postal Service and USPS Priority mail. Custom orders usually take longer then 4-5 business days depending on where you reside.Please make sure you have listed your correct shipping address before submitting your payment. We are not responsible for items sent to old addresses and will not refund or replace items ordered and shipped to an incorrect address. If you are paying through Paypal, be sure that you have updated your shipping address on file to the correct one.
YES, we ship outside of the United States. International shipments can be sent regular mail (about 14-31 days in transit) or USPS (Global) Priority Mail (usually 6-10 days in transit, pricing starts at $27.50). All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. Please note that most of the transit time is due to items being held in the receiving country's customs. For international, if you pay for Priority shipping & items are lost we will replace the merchandise one time, so if we replace & it gets lost again, we will not replace it again. If you select regular (first class) mail, and items are lost in transit, we do not replace items. Customer is then in charge of repurchasing items if they choose.
