Shipping
All orders are usually shipped out within 2 to 3 business days. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service and US Priority mail.

We CAN ship outside of the United States. International shipments can be sent regular mail (about 10-16 days in transit) or USPS Global Priority (about 6-10 days in transit, pricing starts at $22). All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address.

Some cards have customizations and prices indicated reflect only that standard customization. For pricing on additional customizations, please email jen@madebygirl.com

Wholesale Buying
Wholesale accounts are now available! MadeByGirl considers its retail outlets as one of the most important aspects of our company. To buy wholesale we require a minimum purchase and your resale tax ID. For more information please write to orders@madebygirl.com. Privacy Policy
MadeByGirl respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal for web site purchases. Payments are all processed through PayPal and will appear on statements as PAYPAL*MADEBYGIRL.

Credit Card Security
Purchases made with PayPal are processed directly on PayPal's web site. Purchases made by credit card are processed on our secure server at halcyon.webair.com. Verify that your browser is using secured socket layer (ssl) with 128-bit encryption. Credit card or alternative payment information is not stored on MadeByGirl's system or servers.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days for website credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back. All returned items must be returned in original, sealable and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

To make a return or exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain this, please email us at support@madebygirl.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We'll then reply back with your RMA #, which you'll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.

Upon receipt of the shipment, MadeByGirl will contact you by email to confirm your website/ store credit. Please reference your RMA number when contacting us to check on the status of your return.

Damages/Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. Email support@madebygirl.com for a return authorization on damaged items.

Sales Tax
We collect 7.5% Nevada sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Nevada. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

Out of Stock
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available. In this case, please e-mail us and we will notify you by e-mail the expected ship date.

A few of the items on the website always need to be special ordered because we don't keep them in stock. In those cases, the lead time is indicated on the product information page.
