We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal for web site purchases. Payments are all processed through PayPal and will appear on statements as PAYPAL*MADEBYGIRL.
Custom Orders
We make every attempt to provide colors as close as possible to the actual printed copy. However, there may be minor differences since color appear differently on monitors than when printed. In cases where selected colors may have insufficient contrast we may suggest alternatives.
All custom prints require approval of a proof. Once the proof is approved, the item is not refundable or exchangeable, and the print cannot be changed.
Credit Card Security
Purchases made with PayPal are processed directly on PayPal’s web site. Purchases made by credit card are processed on our secure server at https://www.madebygirl.com. Verify that your browser is using secured socket layer (ssl) with 128-bit encryption. Credit card or alternative payment information is not stored on MadeByGirl’s system or servers in accordance with PCI standards and PayPal terms and conditions of use.
Damages/Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days. Email orders [at] madebygirl.com for a return authorization on damaged items.
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving shipment ONLY. Exchanges can only be made for Web site credit, we do not provide refunds or cash back. All exchanged items must be returned in original and unused condition with the original packing materials. If items are damaged in any way, there will be a $10.00 charge applied.
Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are not accepted on custom prints under any circumstance. No returns are accepted on items from other designers unless the item is damaged during shipment. Please take a photograph of the damaged packing and email it to us at orders [at] madebygirl.com.
To make an exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain this, please email us at orders [at] madebygirl.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We'll then reply back with your RMA #, which you'll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA # and the return address by email.
Upon receipt of the shipment, MadeByGirl will contact you by email to confirm your website/ store credit. Please reference your RMA number when contacting us to check on the status of your return.
Sales Tax
We collect 8% Nevada sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Nevada. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

Wholesale accounts are now available! MadeByGirl considers its retail outlets as one of the most important aspects of our company. Out of Stock
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available. In this case, please e-mail us and we will notify you by e-mail the expected ship date.
A few of the items on the website always need to be special ordered because we don’t keep them in stock. In those cases, the lead time is indicated on the product information page.
